Otunba J.A.O Ogunfuwa educated at St. Paul Teachers' Training College Abeokuta and Liverpool Polytechnic. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1969 and was elected fellow of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (U.K) in 1980.
He was Senior Accountant with the Nigerian National Shipping Line, first in Liverpool and later in Lagos, 1968-73, Chief Accountanat Waateco Iganmu Lagos, 1973-74, Finance and Administration Manager, Cornerstone Orgaisation Lagos, 1974-75, Finance Manager Dorman Long & Amalgamated Engineering Lagos, 1975-87.
He was a part-time lecturer with the Nigerian Institute of Management between 1988 and 1992. He is in private practice as a Chartered Accountant.
×He graduated with a first class honors degree in Accounting in 1986 and was best graduating student in his department and faculty. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria having qualified as a stockbroker in 1996.
He worked in Internal Control at NIB/Citibank Nigeria and was pioneer Chief Inspector at Ecobank Nigeria Plc. At Ecobank, he managed various credit teams within the corporate banking division and was also responsible for remedial accounts management. As a member of the Ecobank group travelling inspection team, he was involved with setting up and review of processes and procedures within the Ecobank group. He was the pioneer managing director of Cashcraft and held the position till 2013 when he became the vice-chairman of the company. ×
Tony's work experience spans a period of 24 years in the Financial Service Industry. He started his Banking career with EcobankPlc. in 1990 where he was among the pioneer Bank's Inspectorate Group. He later moved to the Bank's Corporate / Credit & Marketing Group.
He was at Commercial Trust Bank Limited, where he was the Branch Head of the Port Harcourt Business Office. He grew the Branch Balance sheet size and created a niche for the Bank as a player in the Oil and Gas Sector. He also worked with Oceanic Bank Plc. in the Corporate Finance Group.
Tony is presently the Managing Director with Cashcraft Asset Management Limited, a top player and formidable force in the Nigerian Capital Market. He was promoted to this exalted position in March 2013. Prior to this elevation he was an Executive Director responsible for the Business Development and Market Strategies of the firm. He held that position since 1996. While on that role he managed Assets for some High Net Worth(HNW) clients and Institutions in excess of N10billion as of present valuation. He is also principally responsible for driving the Retail business model of Cashcraft Asset Management, which has resulted in over 250,000 active investors across 11 business offices.
Over the last seventeen years, he has participated and helped in the Capital raising and Re-structuring programs of some top financial Institutions and Manufacturing firms.
Tony seats on the Board of several quoted companies, including Livestock Feeds Plc., Vono Products Plc., McNichols Plc.-a Food &Beverages Company, Elim Microfinance Bank and Owen &Gert Ltd, a garment Company.
He attended Ozolua Grammar School Benin City and graduated in Division One. He holds a B.Sc.Hons. in Accounting from the University of Ife, and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University In 1996. He did a short program at the Prestigious Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker (ACS) in 1996; he is a Fellow of the Institute (FCS), and a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
He is happily married with two kids.

He worked at various times with Union Bank Plc and UBA Plc before going into private business. He was Operations Director , Sunglold Group and is now Director/Chairman of several other companies.
×She was educated at St. Theresa College, Ughelli and University of Benin, where she obtained an honours degree in English and Literature in 1982.
She also studied for an MSc. Degree in public Administration betwen 1986-87 at the same University.
She worked as an Administrative Officer for the Benin-Owena River Basin Authority between 1983 and 1986. She is the Managing Director of Rima Enterprises Ltd, Etelius Incorporated and Tegason Limited.
×Clement attended Nnewi High School, St. Patrick College, Asaba and University of Nigeria, Nsukka, from where he graduated with a B.A (Hons) English, in 1985.
He also has a diploma in Financial Management from the University of Ibadan. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He qualiified in 1993.
Before joining Cashcraft in July 1999, Clement worked with Daily Times Nigeria Plc, New Breed Organisation Ltd, Ivory Communications Ltd, Trust House Investment Ltd and Solid Rock Securities and Investment Ltd. He has a sound knowledge of stockbroking and the Nigeria Capital Market.
×Ayo is a versatile investment professional with about two decades of experience at the highest level of the capital markets and investment banking. He is a fellow and a council member of the Chattered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, an Associate member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria as well as an accredited trainer by the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Lagos.
He attended several local and international investment training programs in New York Institute of Finance and other West African Countries
Ayo attended Abdul Azeez Atta Memorial College, Okene and Community High School Aiyetoro Gbede, Kwara Polytechnic and University of Ilorin where he graduated with a B.Sc. Economics in 1994 and a Master's degree in Industrial Labour Relations in 1998 (First set)
Ayo joined Cashcraft in November 1999. Before joining Cashcraft, he worked with Coopers and Lybrand Ltd (Oyediran Faleye Oke & Co – now BDO) as a consultant.
